Do I need to know what I want before getting in touch?

No. A photograph of the room and the feeling you are after is enough to start. We will ask the rest of the questions in the first conversation.

How quickly do you reply to enquiries?

Within two working days, by hand. The studio manager triages every email personally. We do not run a chatbot.

Is the first consultation paid?

The first conversation is free, whether in the workshop or by video call. If we agree to proceed, a fully refundable design fee is charged at the drawing stage and credited back to the build price when the order is confirmed.
