Furniture and joinery for the rooms that have to open in the morning.

Cafés, restaurants, boutique-hotel suites, small offices, retail interiors — we build the timber pieces that carry the room, then install them on the night shift so the doors open on time.

A note for designers & operators

One workshop, one project manager, one truck on installation night.

For commercial work, the studio manager runs your file end-to-end. You receive shop drawings, hardware schedules, mock-ups, and a single contract. We work either directly with the operator or alongside an interior designer or main contractor — both are equally common.

Most of the build happens at our Damansara workshop, where everything is dry-fitted before it leaves. Installation is usually a single night shift; for fit-outs that overlap with trading hours we phase the work and never leave the room unfinished.

  • Café counters, bar fronts, back-bar shelving and waiter stations.
  • Banquette seating, fixed booths, free-standing tables and bistro chairs.
  • Reception desks, meeting tables and credenzas for office front-of-house.
  • Boutique-hotel bedrooms: bed frames, desks, wardrobes, minibar units, joinery panels.

The rooms we tend to be called in for.

A.

Independent cafés

The counter, the banquette, the shelf above the espresso machine. We are happy to phase the build over a low-season week so the café never closes for more than two days.

B.

Restaurants & bars

Bar fronts, banquette divisions, large-format tables, plate ledges. We build to ply-and-solid-wood substrates rated for the heat of a working kitchen.

C.

Boutique hotels

Bedroom suites of bed frame, desk, wardrobe and minibar — built in matched sets across rooms, with replaceable wear parts standardised.

D.

Small offices & studios

Reception desks, meeting tables, library walls and pantry joinery for offices below 500 square metres. We do not chase the open-plan tower briefs.

E.

Retail interiors

Display joinery, fitting-room benches, counter and cash-wrap millwork for considered retail — bookshops, fragrance stores, small boutiques.

F.

Showrooms & galleries

Plinth furniture, display benches, lecture seating, and panelling for galleries and architectural showrooms.

How the project tends to run

From the first walk-through to the morning the doors open.

Walk the room

The studio manager and a senior maker visit the site. We measure, photograph, and meet the operator or designer. No charge for this first visit within the Klang Valley.

Drawings & budget

Within ten working days you receive a drawing set, a schedule of finishes, and a single budget line that we will hold to barring agreed change orders.

Build at the workshop

Joinery is built off-site, dry-fitted at the workshop, and stored under our roof until the night of installation. The operator is welcome to inspect at any point.

Installation night

Most fit-outs are installed in a single night shift between trading hours. For larger jobs we phase the install around quiet days. The room is clean before staff arrive.

Snag & sign-off

A two-week settling period, then a snag walk-through with the operator. Anything we missed is fixed within ten working days.

Annual visit

An optional annual maintenance visit to re-tighten, sand back, and re-wax the high-traffic surfaces. Booked through your studio manager.

For operators & designers

Write directly to the studio manager.

Tell us the scope, the opening date, and whether there is a designer in the loop already. We will revert within two working days with a first set of questions and a site-visit slot.
